Verdict: DESA released this free EP in July as part of a series of free EPs planned. I really like DESA and "Routes to Rapture" along with the other free EP "Sirens and Safety Glass" represents thier best material to date. One criticism of the studio albums is at times they lack direction but while the EPs are shorter in length the songs feel more focused. "Routes to Rapture" is really rhythmically engaging and the songs have a driving energy to them.
